Krishna build FLSmidth india from 700 employees in 2004 to  4000 employees presently. His effort was key driver for FLSmidth global organization to use india as Key center. Krishna as career span different industries such as Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Holiday and Leisure, Express, Hospitality, Steel and Consumer electronics and unit regional  and national level.       Krishna is known for his Training and Coaching skill apart from supporting organization to achieve it strategy.        Krishna has worked with different global culture.       Krishna is a unique HR professional with many Training accreditations such as Lateral Thinking, Six Thinking Hats, MBTI, FIROB, EQ-I 360, Leading bold change and OPQ.       Krishna’s unique achievement is he became a Master Trainer in Situational Leadership after training more than 400 leaders.       Krishna also holds Global Professional In Human Resources (GPHR) from HR Certification institute.         Krishna also holds Global Professional In Human Resources (GPHR) from HR Certification institute.     Krishna is one of those unique HR professional who holds a Professional certified coach (PCC) from ICF having logged close 2000 coaching hours and also an Certified Master Coach from International coaching Council.   An keen reader who does a blog writing.
